What is the RSVP deadline, and how do I respond?

Please let us know if you're able to make it to our wedding by October - you can simply reply to our invitation message. We’re so excited to celebrate with you and hope to see you there!

Can I bring a plus one to the wedding?

Because we’re planning an intimate celebration, we’ve invited a very special group of people who mean the most to us. Your invitation will indicate exactly who is included (e.g., Mr. & Ms./Mrs.). We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together.

What is the dress code?

We’re not too strict with the dress code and we’d love for everyone to come in something they feel beautiful and comfortable in. We do have a colour palette to help keep the overall look in line with our theme.

Will parking be available at the wedding venue?

Yes! There is parking available at the venue, and with both the ceremony and reception in one place, you won’t have to worry about traveling between locations.

What time should I arrive?

Call time and seating is at 4:00pm. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes so we can begin on time. View our big day's timeline.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

You’re welcome to take photos, but we encourage everyone to stay present and enjoy the moment with us. We’ll have a photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony, and there will be a photo booth later. Feel free to snap away during the reception!

Will vegetarian or special dietary meals be available at the wedding?

There will be a variety of dishes, including beef, pork, fish, pasta, and vegetarian options - so there’s something for everyone. If you have any allergies or specific dietary needs, please don't hesitate to ask the waitstaff and servers to learn more about the selection.

Absolutely! There will be an open bar following the ceremony.

Will there be assigned seating?

Yes. There will be a seating chart at the reception to help guide you to your table. Once we finalise our guest list, we will thoughtfully arrange the seating so everyone can have a great time.

Do you have a gift registry?

Having you celebrate with us is the greatest gift we could ask for. Since we’ll be travelling back to NZ and can’t bring big or heavy items with us, a monetary gift would be greatly appreciated if you wish to give.
